If you have missed your citation appearance date or you are late making a payment, an online request for a hearing will not be considered.

Please be advised that the hearing you are requesting will require that you appear in person before the Court once you have been notified of a court date and time.
Please allow up to five (5) business days for court staff to process your hearing request. You will be notified by email from the court clerk regarding your court schedule.
Requests for time-served credit submitted with the appropriate documentation will be forwarded to the Judge for consideration. Submission received without appropriate documentation will be rejected and/or denied. Please allow up to fifteen (15) business days for Court staff to process your submission.
