PLEASE READ:

All violators under the age of 17 are considered juvenile and minor defendants and must
APPEAR IN PERSON before the Municipal Court Judge with a parent and/or legal guardian at the date/time indicated
on a separate notice mailed by the court.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The answer date on the citation is for adult violators only.

JUVENILE OFFENSES

A notice will be sent to the Juvenile violator and the parent and/or legal guardian
regarding your required court appearance date and time.

If you have not received a notice from the court by mail within ten (10) days
of the citation issuance date, the parent and/or legal guardian should
call the Court office at 972-886-4240.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Municipal Court accepts cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, Mastercard* and Visa*.
No personal checks will be accepted for warrants.

*A 3% service fee is added to all credit and debit card payments.
