WALK-IN DOCKETS
Any Defendant with a delinquent and/or past due case in the Town of Fairview Municipal Court is eligible to appear before the Judge during an open “walk-in” court docket to resolve an outstanding citation or warrant without being arrested. This docket is a Safe Harbor Docket and provides an opportunity for defendants to speak directly with the Judge. You will not be allowed to see the Judge
if you do not check in at 8:30 a.m.
You are not eligible to appear during a walk-in docket if:
You are a juvenile defendant (under the age of 17)
You have been charged with a family violence offense
You have a current hearing date or your are eligible for a current hearing date

The Municipal Court accepts cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, Mastercard* and Visa*. No personal checks will be accepted for warrants.
*A 3% service fee is added to all credit and debit card payments.
