Fairview Parkway is now fully open between Ridgeview Drive and Fairview Crossing. The road was finished ahead of schedule and opened before noon Feb. 11.
The speed limit north of the Fairview Parkway intersection with Ridgeview Drive is set at 40 mph, but the speed limit remains 35 mph south of Ridgeview.
